Occasionally the box will get disconnected from the Internet. If you get a "Fail" message with a sound effect, you need to Reboot the box or check the Internet connection in the Home Settings. Once you've checked your connections and restarted the box, try opening YouTube to test a video and also check your Internet speed in the Speedtest app. A minimum of 10mbs download is recommended.
