If you are done watching the box, press the Home button and then turn off the TV. The box will automatic go to sleep mode after 15 minutes. When you want to watch it again, turn on the TV and then press any button on remote to wake it up from sleep.

If this does not happen and you have to unplug the power and plug it back to turn it on, then please do the following:

  • Go to the Home page - Settings - Video - ok -  - Daydream- ok-
  • Daydream  : CLOCK.
  •  When in Daydream -OK - choose the time to sleep (5, 10, 15, 30, 1 Hour,..) then press OK.
  • When to sleep:  NEVER.
  • After when you finish adjusting the time, return Home. Go to Help to reboot the box. Then test again.
  • NEW!!   Some boxes will still have trouble waking up, please following these instructions: 

    Press HOME -  SETTINGS - MORE SETTINGS - ok - go down to  BACK UP & RESET - ok -  BACK UP MY DATA - ok - 

    TURN OFF. Your box will not have any more trouble again . (You have to keep back up my data OFF all the time).
